When a request is not a fit

If the product information is too incomplete or the request requires engineering, regulated-product or inspection decisions, I will say so before payment. If complete information still produces no reasonably relevant candidates, the work can be rescoped or refunded rather than presented as a fabricated result.

Privacy note

Do not send confidential drawings through the public form. Share only the minimum summary needed to discuss fit. A controlled file exchange can be agreed after initial contact.
